Delicious Drinks to warm up this Winters

Nowadays the winters with pleasant mornings and chilled evenings and everyone wants to sleep a little more and snuggle under blankets. During this time we need some warm beverage to boost our energy and keep ourselves warm. We all must have tried several classic drinks, now let’s taste some irresistible winter drinks. Savegenie thought of sharing different warm beverages for winters. These drinks are perfect for enjoying holidays when temperature drops.



Hot Caramel Apple Cider

Caramel apple cider is an amazing treat for everyone especially for any family gathering. It can be prepared in 15 minutes by blending 1/3 cup brown sugar with 1/3 cup whipped cream in a pan. Cook it for two minutes on medium heat and mix constantly. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla and 4 cups apple cider. Cook properly for ten minutes and garnish with whipped cream and ground cinnamon.


Russian tea

During a breezy winter morning, we usually choose hot chocolate or coffee to stay warm. This winter take some sips of delicious Russian tea and begin your day. To prepare it boil 6 cups cold water, 1 cinnamon stick and 6 whole cloves in a pan. After it’s done, remove from heat and add 4 black tea bags. Cover it for 5 minutes then remove the tea bags and spices. In another pan, heat 1 cup orange juice with 2 tablespoons lemon juice, ¼ cp sugar and ½ teaspoon grated nutmeg. Mix this juice with tea. Heat it for 2 minutes and spicy Russian tea is ready to serve.



Butterscotch butter beer


When you want something hot to sip, Butterscotch butterbeer would be an excellent alternative to the usual hot chocolate. Heat in microwave for 1 minute a mixture of ¼ cup sweetened condensed milk, ¼ cup butterscotch topping and 2 tablespoons butter. After this heat 1½ cups vanilla cream soda for 2 minutes. Now mix both the butterscotch and vanilla mixtures and garnish it with butterscotch candy stick. The drink is ready for two servings.



Spiced ginger lemon tea

Spiced ginger lemon tea is an ideal way to heal sore throats caused during frosty weather. The spices added to this tea acts as a healing agent.  To prepare this boil 3 cups water with 3 inch peeled and chopped ginger, 4 whole cloves, 4 cardamom seeds, ½ teaspoon fennel seed and zest of 1 lemon. Then heat at medium flame for 15 minutes. Mix juice of 1 lemon and ¼ cup honey. The tea is ready for two servings.
